This 1949 patented Trifari necklace was designed by Alfred Philippe in the classic fruit salad motif. It has a double pendant at the bottom of the necklace. The necklace has red flower shaped glass beads and colorless rhinestones in a goldtone setting. It's about 16 1/2 inches long. The pendant section hangs down another four inches. The necklace is in excellent condition, both front and back, with an excellent finish. The patent for this design was filed in 1949 and is Design Patent 154,063. This necklace is signed on the back.
